AbiOfem Vaginal Gel contains lactic acid, which effectively neutralizes embarrassing unpleasant odors and restores the correct pH of the vagina. It also contains glycogen, which is a source of nutrients for lactic acid bacteria. The correct pH and the presence of nutrients allows the growth of protective lactic acid bacteria and restores the natural balance in the vagina. This effectively reduces abnormal discharge, relieves discomfort, and prevents unpleasant odors from returning. Application: the gel is recommended to support the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV), it can also be used to maintain the natural pH of the vagina and prevent recurrence of symptoms. Dosage: for effective relief of unpleasant odors, abnormal discharge: use 1 applicator per day, for 7 days. To maintain the natural pH balance and prevent recurrence of symptoms: use 1 applicator every third day for 3 months. Supportively to maintain the pH level during antibiotic treatment: use 1 applicator per day at the end of treatment for 4-5 days. In case of recurrence of symptoms before menstruation: use 1 applicator per day at the end of menstruation, for 1-2 days. Usage: unscrew the cap and insert the entire applicator neck into the vagina. Squeeze out the contents. Remove the applicator while still squeezing, then discard. It is best to use Abiofem Vaginal Gel before bedtime.
