Arrived on time and well-packaged. I have had camp dishes similar to these before that were thin and almost flimsy. These tableware are nice and sturdy, and the enamel coating seems to be sufficient to maintain the protective layer for years of use. After a good inspection, I put them in the dishwasher to get them good and clean before putting them in my chuck box for my camping trip coming up at the end of the month. You get what you pay for and these appear to be well worth the money. While I wish the mugs were 16 or 20 ounce size, I knew they weren't when I ordered the set. However, the plates and bowls impressed me with size and capacity. I would recommend this tableware set. I will update this review with photos and maybe even a video when I have them in use.

I was looking to upgrade the plates and bowls in my camp cook kit and really wanted to switch to enamelware for the ruggedness and the look. I trust the GSI brand with many other products I have used over the years but got concerned with some reviews I saw regarding warped or damaged items which suggested a quality control issue. I still decided to try ordering the set and was very pleased when it arrived. Every piece was well packaged and had no defects or quality control issues. The set looks great and has functioned well so far. I really only needed the plates and bowls, but getting the cups was a great added bonus. For everything included it is a pretty good value compared to other brands and having to buy each piece individually.

Love this stuff. I just wish it didn't get so hot when you put hot food on it.

The bowls are perfect size as are the plates, but the depth of the plate is not quite deep as others I have. The cups are smaller that I thought and are great for kids (don't have any) but need to be bigger for adults. Quality is good and stainless rims are great to keep from chipping or damage.

These are very well built and perfect for camping. I was also happy that they are dishwasher safe.

My wife saw this set at a country store in the middle of no where. We weren't in the position to buy them at the time but then saw them on Amazon much cheaper. Same brand and color. We use this country looking set as our everyday set. It has held up very well with hard everyday use...dishes banging around in the sink with pots you know how it is. I have noticed one with a chip in the enamel or porcelain coating but again I expect this from the use we are giving them. I had a cheaper blue set from Academy that we used the same way and it didn't last nearly as long. The red color is real deep nice rich looking red. No regrets on this purchase.

So - My marriage ended about 7 years ago and my boys and I were still using the mikasa china that was left over from my marriage. I finally sold mikasa stuff but was hesitant to purchase new dishes figuring that someday if I have a chance to remarry that my new spouse would probably want to get new dishes. So, I purchased these metal dishes so that when I remarry and we have to get new dishes, these can just go into the camping gear :-) They're good quality for what they are. Some of the finish has chipped but, I have 3 boys so that's to be expected. I like that they were available in red because we all ride Honda dirt bikes when we go camping and the dishes match all of our Honda stuff :-)

These are decent quality. I've used them on 3 trips, ran through the dishwasher upon returning, no rust or anything bad. Maybe don't use a sharp steak knives on the plates. PSA for the gentlemen: The mugs will rip out the hair on your upper lips and side of your mouth. Throw them out, salt the earth, get something better. There's nothing worse than sipping hot coffee off the fire and the mug being stuck to your face and you burn yourself, spill hot liquid all over yourself, and on top of that, you're crying like a baby because three hairs just got ripped out of your face before you've woken up.
