Intel NUC NUC10i7I purchased my NUC in March 2020 as primary work-from-home device amid the start of the pandemic. I am writing this more than 18 months after the purchase.First of the all the NUC is an amazing machine. It is seriously been a great device and far better than any desktop I have previously bought from a big box vendor. It runs fast and doesn't come preloaded with all of the bloatware that you would normally see.It has run like a champ for this past 18 months. I recently changed jobs and thus decided to wipe my computer and restore it like new. Of course I mess this up and brick the device so that it is in an infinite loop and won't boot up.Enter in Tech Wizards by the Lake. Although it has been 18 months, I call their 1-800 # and was able to get with support to restore the device. I was expecting the run around or someone who wouldn't be able to help, but the 1st person I talked to walked me through it. By the end of the call I had my device back up restored to original.I can't say enough great things about the seller or device. Truly great that 1 1/2 years later the device runs great and when it doesn't the company is standing by to make it right.

I haven't done much with it yet. I got it today and I am installing Office 365 and anti-virus software on it right now. I got the 500GB Premium NVMe M.2 SSD version and the first thing I did was pop it open and throw a 2.5" 1 tb SSD in the empty slot. Took about a minute. I knew it was 4.6 x 4.4 x 2 inches but how small it is still surprised me. Setup was quick and easy.

I have been using this for past 8 months, and completely satisfied with the product.

Communication was great with the vendor. The NUCs arrived as described, worked great, exactly as the write up lists (allowed me to customize what I wanted).Highly recommend both this product and the vendor too (Tech Wizards at the Lake).

Received BXNUC10i7FNHN promptly and enjoying it as the primary system for out house. Was especially nice that it comes with no bloatware. It was unfortunately missing the power cord, but when I contacted Tech Wizards at the Lake regarding the issue, even over the weekend they shipped the correct power cord directly to my home. Great service and wonderful product.
