None of the holes were the right size to accept screws had to retap all holes, i assume they drilled all holes before they chrome plated what they should have done was to seal all holes before chrome plating process

Brilliant such a great buy

Awful, flimsy and inconsistent. Didn't fit together properly on one side since the holes were too small for the screws. Asked for a refund 10 minutes into trying to assemble it.

This arrived today! I have one part when there should be 4 more. I think it's unacceptable this was even sent out to me. Actually shocked to be honest!!

Product arrived unassembled [fine] but packaged in such a way that the parts rubbed together in the box and ruined the finish [not fine]. Once assembled, still felt very rickety though it hung fine on my door. Hard to get a towel onto the top rung, like you have to work it down behind the lower towel bc the spacing is too tight. Returned.Update: Company is dragging their feet on refund. Asked for pictures of damage after I had already returned it. Luckily I had taken some for my review! [It was damaged in more places than pictured, basically everywhere the pieces touched in the box]

viene con los tornillos para armarlo, pero los tornillos no le quedan!! no entran en el orificio, los tornillos son más anchos. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

As advertised. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately all the towels don’t fit properly.

Volevo metterlo su una porta a gradino, ma poi non si chiude. Anche il montaggioporta via un po' di tempo. Non l'ho restituito , sperando di trovargli un altro utilizzo. Spero di non pentirmene.Alla fine non l'ho utilizzato e si è anche cominciato a arruginire. Buttato.
