Large Cheese Board

We love the board! It is perfect for serving a large antipasto spread. We also look forard to serving pizza and other great foods on our new board. We received many compliments. Well made and ample size. I hate to put it away, I'm finding ways to keep it on display in our dining room.

This is perfect for what I needed to top our ottoman. I put out a spread of food and everything is sturdy, no spills, no tipping, no balancing acts. It's really nice looking, too. Everyone that comes over comments on its beauty and usefulness.Coconut oil is perfect for bringing out the natural colors of this board, and for keeping stains at bay. We keep the board out all the time because we don't have a dining table, so I try to remember to oil the board once a week or once every two weeks. I spoon out some coconut oil onto the board, then use an old rag to spread it around. There's no smell, nothing toxic, nothing sticky, no yellowing of the light wood, and, because the oil used is edible, I'm comfortable putting a freshly baked loaf of bread and chunks of cheese directly on the board for serving to guests.
