If you go for the full dose of 4 a day these aminos will only last you 25 days as there are 100 in the tub. There’s no price on the product page so it’s hard to judge value for money. There’s also no mention if this is a vegetarian or vegan product. There’s nothing obvious from the ingredients that would be a problem. They are fairly large pills although not quite as large as some of the aminos I’ve taken previously.

As with the bulk of amino-acid tablets and powders these are a great supplement to take out if you work out a lot / go to the gym regularly as they're great for helping the body in the general biosynthesis of proteins with l-arginine especially being great for supporting muscle metabolism. And if you tend to avoid too much dairy (or you're a vegetarian or vegan) then these are especially good as this very beneficial amino acid is usually found mostly in meats, eggs and cheese. It is also found in most beans and nuts too but you have to consume a fair amount to get a good intake of this, so it's a great idea to take a supplement like this as well if you don't eat much/any meat, and even if you do it;s still a great supplement to take if you're working on building muscle.As well as being beneficial in protein synthesis and helping out the immune system these are also used by some to help with cardiovascular/heart health as they open up the arteries, improve blood flow and can help to lower blood pressure too. These have a good amount of the amino acids in each tablet (1410mg of l-arginine,1200mg of l-lysine and then 900mg of l-ornithine) and are pretty good value for 100 tablets and my partner said he;d definitely get these again at this price and would happily recommend them.

Lo q no me gusta es q son muy gordas para tragar, pero se pueden partir .

Pasticche davvero enormi da deglutire e si deve prenderne 4 alla sera. Sono stata costretta a prendere un polverizzatore di pasticche, e nemmeno riesce a romperle in due. Si sciolgono in acqua, ma sciolte sono disgustose davvero. Dovrebbero essere almeno grandi 1/3 di quanto sono per essere deglutite facilmente e non sentire il sapore. Comunque, arrivate celermente e in ottime condizioni. Spero di trovare una soluzione o dovrò buttarle e mi dispiacerebbe.
