I love the little book of Yoga Breathing. It has helped me understand many techniques of breath work I thought were too complicated. Hard to escape the obvious fact that Scott Shaw is seriously into his martial arts. He could just as easily entitled this small book "Samurai Pranayama". Useful, but very full on.
