I actually ordered 2 of these personalized photo plaques for each of my 8 year old grandson’s 1st Communions. Due to the COVID19 Pandemic all masses and sacraments have been cancelled for the time being, which means the date on these items are not valid. I asked to return them so that I could order new plaques once their sacraments are rescheduled and I was told that there is absolutely no returns on personalized items. Obviously Lifetime Creations doesn’t care about their customers. I will never do business with Lifetime Creations ever again. And I encourage you to do the same. There are so many other businesses out there who bend over backwards to accommodate their customers needs, especially during these uncertain times that we are all experiencing. There is no need to do business with people who only care about their bottom line.

It is a high quality, beautifully portrayed product . Much appreciate capacity to view actual customization as it is accomplished. First found the items for Confirmation, and have moved to First Communions and now Baptisms. As a grandparent; provides the ideal mixture of reverence and remembrance we desire for these precious moments
