An Incandescent Reflector Bulb Loses Lumens Because the Light Beam Is Reflected Down Inefficiently ... with This LED Bulb All the Light Is Directed Down, Which Makes It Perfect for Recessed Lighting Applications and More Efficient. Note that this bulb is relatively small, which does not completely fill many recessed lighting fixtures. We recommend smaller bulbs in these fixtures so that the bulbs have airflow around them.
