Great velcro ties that do not come undone and hold the frame tightly. However, the inner portion (the 2nd tier) does not fit our gazebo so we zipped on the second part but it kinda just flaps in the wind and lets in rain anyways. We kept it because it's just so hit or miss finding a replacement cover.
