Don’t Waste Your Money. Bad side effects & No Returns
I bought this product after I searched for Nature’s Way Calm aid on Amazon & Amazon suggested this product. I thought I would try it, but I was disappointed.Calm-aid is made with Lavendula Augustiflora & this product is made with a slightly different form of Lavender—Lavendula Officionalis. I never had side effects from Calm Aid, but I had unpleasant side effects from this product. First, I found it stimulating rather than calming. Second it gave me a weird feeling similar to hallucinations. This could have been due to taking 2 softgels before bed. I think I will go back to Calm-aid which never gave me any problems. After doing some additional research, I discovered that silexan (the type of lavender extract in Calm-Aid is standardized, while Calm24 is NOT. This product is not at all comparable to Calm-Aid. Since i bought 2 bottles, I hoped I could return the unopened bottle, but Amazon says it’s not returnable.

Stimulatory side effect
Took for a week then switched to CalmAid lavender. Because this one is cold mixed instead of steam distilled, it seems to have a more stimulatory side effect profile than the other. I'm guessing this is more whole herb and therefore includes other components like Rosmarinic oil, which is too stimulating for some. Accordingly, I felt over stimulation or withdrawal effects a few hours after taking these the first week. Or could be something like a terpene in this supplement has a short half-life, or it could be it causes initial, temporary activation effects like a typical antidepressant. At any rate, I did not experience a continuance of these same "activation" type effects (mostly mild) when I switched to the CalmAid, which also smells slightly more like pure Lavender than this one. On the whole however, these Lavender supplements--with melatonin--did normalize my months long early awakening troubles and took me from 5 hrs of sleep to 7.5 hrs routinely. (Coming from a steep family history of mania, anxiety, and related sleep issues). The lavender does take about 10 to 14 days to normalize sleep, and if you didn't know, it's not as much a fast acting sedative or as a mild antidepressant which is oil/fat metabolized and must build up in your system. It is not like Valerian or something. Also, I have taken it with Ibuprofen and Melatonin, Metoprolol, and even Ambien initially and no problems. Like I've read from research, Lavender seems to be an uncomplicated supplement in general.

Love this product. It really works!
I was feeling overwhelm and anxiety and decided to try this product. It left me feeling relaxed without being comatose or lethargic. Definitely took the edge off and I felt more relaxed yet still capable of functioning throughout the day.

They work and are not habit-forming.
They were recommended by a doctor I know, and they really work. Thay give you a slight feeling of being calmer. They don't upset your stomach, are all natural. I've ordered them many times.
