Sizing: I'm 5'7" 140lbs 34C. Generally, I wear a medium, but often size down to SM for Women's and up to LG for juniors. I prefer a form fit. I ordered a LG and it was definitely the right choice. The fabric is appropriately thin, totally opaque (in grey), but really clingy. It's cut nice, length of arms and hem are just right, but not as flattering on the waistline as my other more expensive compression tops that also are woven with a good deal of nylon.
