Great to unwind in the evenings

It’s ok.
I gave it four stars because it actually taste pretty good but do I think it helps you sleep absolutely not!! The quality of the tea is actually pretty good.

Works to shut off my brain.
This tea really works for me. I make a cup about 1 hour before my bedtime and drink about 1/2 to 2/3 of the cup. I save the rest for when I awaken for the bathroom during the night and generally puts me back to sleep in 10-15 minutes.

I purchased this tea to help me unwind and relax after a long day at work, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is. The taste is delightful, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family. My mom drinks it every night to ease her headaches, and she absolutely loves it

This tea is great for falling asleep. The taste is typical for a blend of herbs it's a little on the pricey side but better than buying all the different herbs separately.
