This 24-inch metal pet fence has been incredibly useful. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and super portable. I’ve taken it to a friend’s house, used it upstairs and downstairs, and even brought it along for picnics. It gives my puppy a safe space wherever we go, which is exactly what I needed. The quality is solid and well-made, especially for the price. Definitely great value for the money. Highly recommend for anyone with a pet!

Great product!! Works well and last outside

This product is well made, hard for pets to move, and works well. I have a 7 yr old maltese who STILL chews on cords and shreds anything left in the floor when I leave. I couldn't stand the thought of locking her up in a tiny little kennel when we have to leave her at home, but I needed to somehow ensure her safety. She can just jump right over standard size baby gates, so that plan failed, and so did shutting her in my bedroom - where she tore up the carpet trying to escape. I bought 42" and she cannot jump over it at all. (She can jump the height of a doorknob on a standard size door) she cannot knock it over either. We fold this out in our kitchen and put her bed and food and water and some toys and treats before we leave, and when we return, it folds up quick and easy to be put away. We slide it behind the sofa and it is out of sight. This is truly an excellent product for any pet owner who needs to protect their pet when they leave home. **********ETA*********** This week we have had a kitten with loose bloody stools (she has seen a vet and it is confirmed that it is frm the stress of weaning off the momma) that needed to be seperated from the others (we are giving her medicine that goes in her food to stop the diarrhea). The kitten is way bigger than a weaning kitten should be, but the momma (who had two other babies that died within an hr of birth) just now started weaning her at 4.5 months old(vet also okayed this, since it was likely a bonding thing). This has proved a wonderful lifesaver in keeping her in an area where she and only she is getting her meds and I can monitor her stools.this product has really been a game changer for us

Recently purchased a new home and have been trying to decide what to do with my 8yr old Pit w/SEVERE separation anxiety when I need to leave the house. He was never crated trained as a puppy (he was a stray who was hit by a car and was a year old by the time I rescued him) and has NEVER liked his kennel. In the summer months he goes to my mom's when I leave for work but with winter approaching I needed a better option. I ordered the tallest pen available and as you can see it is MUCH larger than my dog - side note my dog is super short. But i plan to foster and adopt more large breed dogs so it seemed like the best use of my money. The panels come already connected and it stands straight up right out of the box. One thing I do have to note is I do have it upside down. I took it out of the box that way and did not notice until I already had it attached to my dog's kennel and at that point I was too lazy to change it. It stands straight up by itself (again, I have it upside down so just keep that in mind) but I attached it to my dog's kennel (which is Top Paw brand - this will connect to ANY metal kennel) for extra stability. My dog has arthritis in one rear leg and a bad hip on the other side so he is not a jumper or climber in any way but he is a bully and will push & knock things over to get where he wants to be. I can definitely say with it attached to the kennel there is no way he can knock it over. Also, he has pushed the panels pretty hard and they do not fall over or cave in so I'm not worried about them collapsing on him if he get's too rambunctious. I have it attached to the open kennel door just to give him as much space as possible (also please know he is left with a bed, blankets, pee pads and toys - not just the few things you see him with in the photos. These were taken right after assembly.) and it is still very sturdy. My dog is a chewer. He has chewed through ceramic dog bowls, blankets, towels, bras and the kennel you see in the photos. The kennel is the only thing that has stood the test of time (I purchased it right before I brought him home 7 years ago) and even it is separated in certain areas or caved in due to him trying to chew his way out. I'm not really worried about that with the pen. He has chewed through all the pee pads I've left him with but the pen has stayed intact so far. The pen does not come with "stabilizers" like I've seen with some others but I didn't have a problem keeping it upright. It comes with stakes to be used in the ground if you're using it outside. If you're opting for indoor use and have hardwood floors, like me, I have not seen any scratches or damage to my flooring even with my dog constantly pushing and moving the panels around. (My floors are actual hardwood, not laminate - if that makes a difference.) This pen also doubles as a great makeshift gate. I have a very large yard and can easily gate off sections I don't want him getting into or place it at the bottom of the porch stairs (there are only two stairs, I am not worried about him falling down) to keep him out with me without a leash. This was a pretty decent price so I'm very happy with my purchase!

I bought this pen to attach to my 7 wk old puppy's crate to give him room to roam and exercise for the 4 days where he is left alone for 8 hours. I thought he was too young to be expected to hold his potty needs for that long. I put a puppy pad in the pen area when he's kept there for long. My plan is to use the pen temporarily to assist with maintaining the puppy's, our 4 cats, and the safety of our house and belongings for long periods without supervision. Once our puppy gets a little older and can be expected to hold his potty needs longer, I intend to just crate him when we are away for long. This has worked well for us as a means of controlled introduction to our home and other pets. He's safe and contained, and our cats quickly realized this as well. He is fed and has water in his pen area and thus is left alone to eat without the distraction of other pets, or household activity disrupting him. When he has had to potty there is very little time to recognize his urges, so even though we are actively trying to potty train him having him in the pen has really lessened the intensities of the messes he can make! I was able to find a scrap of linoleum flooring which I placed beneath the pen area which has also makes clean-ups easier and less stressful. The quality is excellent. The pen sections are attached to one another by small permenant metal clips which allow the sections to be opened and folded (to any degree large or small) like an accordian. It comes with 4 (easy) removable clips which enable you to secure the pen sections to one another or to the sides of a crate. Because the pen has so many sections, all with the fully rotating attachment clips, you can shape it numerous ways. We have ours in the shape of a pentagon (like a home plate) with the crate worked into the perimeter. The space we are using required the use of one less pen section than what we were given so I just have that one extra section extending down the outside of the crate. This pen has worked perfectly for our needs, I am so glad I bought it!

My dog loves this pen. It’s study and great quality. For my 30lb golden doodle, it keeps him enclosed with a lot of space to move around. It’s super easy to set up - and great color.

It was perfect for my foster puppies that were 9 weeks old. It worked well being outside to keep them from venturing off and I could easily keep an eye on them. It was sturdy and stable. Quality construction. I would recommend! It folds up easily to store when not in use.
