This fire pit was cool last spring when I bought it, but opening it up to use this year, it is an absolute mess. The finish is peeling off all over. To make things worse, the cover (that comes with it) stuck to big chunks of the finish and peeled it up when I took of the cover for the season. Underneath is chalky plaster kind of stuff that is crumbling. No idea how I’m going to be able to salvage this disaster.
