How do you attach the snorkel tube to the mask?

Excellent question. There were no instructions. I ended up disconnecting one side of the head strap to thread it through the small holder plastic piece, then rethreaded the strap— a pain. But then that small plastic piece broke, so that while it was threaded and attached to the mask, it could not hold the tube... so I ended up attaching the snorkel tube with duct tape. Not a good design. It worked though... as an aside, we had bought three other snorkel sets, all from different manufactures, that had much better designs... but couldn’t tell until received them and tried to put them on

Can you use this mask at 60 feet?

I haven't tried it that deep, but I can't see why not. It's quite sturdy and well made. Should be ok.

To adjust the mask to your face is it a buckle clamp style?

I guess you would call it buckle style tightening. Here's video I took - with one hand. Hope it helps!

Does this mask have a purge valve for water under the nose if not it is not a good mask for diving

No it does not. You have to purge the water the old fashion way, which is: blow air through you nose while slightly lifting the bottom of the mask. The air pressure will force most of the water out.
