Quali Patch - Warm Pain Relief Patch - 10 Pack - 2 sheets per pack

I have back pain that flairs up occasionally, and this patch takes the pain away. I generally wear it for two days and cut the patch in half since the area is not that big. Most recently I've used it for sprained ribs with similar results.It is more than a pain reliever, since they just work for a few hours and then the pain comes right back. The Quali Patch has medicinal value, since generally the pain goes away and doesn't come back (until the next time I overdo it). I've recommended it to many people who have had similar positive results.

I was first given one of these by my acupuncturist, who sells them about a dollar cheaper per pack, but I haven't seen them sold anywhere else so when his office was closed and I needed a refill I was happy to find them on amazon. I have two herniated discs in my low back, which is where I use them.Pros:* you can feel it "doing something"- it's hard to describe the sensation, it's a warming feeling but not like an actual increase in physical temperature like you would get from a chemical hot pad* it takes the edge off pain- for me it basically dulls my muscle and joint pain. It's not as strong as taking, say, an oral muscle relaxer, but it might bring pain at a level 8 down to a more manageable 6/7.* thin enough to fit under clothing and be invisible- much better than the heat packs that you have to velcro around your waist* lasts for 24 hoursCons:* skin irritation- I using just one in a few days causes me no skin irritation, but if I use several in say a week, even if I take breaks in between, eventually my back gets itchy and my skin slightly irritated. I should note I have pretty sensitive skin and it never gets so bad that it's a full rash or hives or anything...kind of just feels like your skin might after your sunburn fades but it's still a bit sensitive and itchy.* SUPER sticky which makes application tricky- You want these things to stick (I recommend taking it off in the shower when it's time to remove it), but they are really thin so that means if any part of the rectangle folds over while you are applying it it's nearly impossible to unfold it. I've lost a few to my own application error when they have gotten doubled over on a finger or accidentally folded. My best advice for this is to make sure before you apply it there is no clothing near the area you are applying it and try to hold it with your fingers fully supporting both corners on the two opposing edges.Other note: These pads have a distinct odor. I actually find it sort of pleasant, so I wouldn't say it's a pro or a con, but how you feel about the scent might determine if you can use them.

My knees and back, ankles, feet , hips where there is pain.

I really like these patches. I feel they relieve pain and are long lasting. I just feel that they are too expensive.

Started using these patches cause my chiropractor carried them. He retired so i had no way of buying them until i found them here. Kind of pricey but so worth it. If they were a lil cheaper they would easily be 5 stars

I love these patches. Found out about them from an acupuncturist. They last for 8+ hours. I cut them in half when I need for a smaller area. My husband was happy with the results when he used them too
