Finished my project.
These thumbscrews are beautifully made. Years ago I spent three months hand making a steel and brass bow powered lathe but lacked the tooling to make some decent thumb screws. The project languished without a clean way to adjust the poppets. These fit the bill, look good, work well and I doubt that I could do any better in making my own.

Really well made and beautiful finish. The knurling is very sharp, i.e., well cut. Threads are true to size and pitch. Worth the money for the more discriminating craftsman.

Very good quality. Feels great. Item as described. The color gold is beautiful and the best on Amazon. All the other gold thumb screws on Amazon are a dirty unnatural gold. This is definitely worth buying
