The dryer and additional components were packaged well and arrived with no defects or issues. The dryer itself is great! Nice and powerful on the highest settings but able to be downgraded to match your needs. I do love being able to control heat settings settings and the speed of the air flow! It heats quickly and cools almost as quickly! The attachments are applied and removed without difficulty. Using the medium heat and low airflow works great for the straightening attachment with little to no frizz and the cool/medium air with the diffuser is amazing for curls! Great design, easy grip, sturdier cord than I expected but very pleased with. Quite happy with this purchase! After having used it for about 2+ weeks I can say this is a really good hair dryer. It has the options for hot and cold air and low and high settings. It also has a button to quickly put into cold air mode.The attachments are easy to put on and they make it super easy to dry my hair. The only thing I wished it came with was some sort of a storage bag for easier travel.
