Yes, you can. Very very lightly sandpaper the surface first in case it is a very smooth surface. Please test on a hidden area before full application. Also there are videos available online which you can refer to.

Works well, but the cap is annoying

gave this 4 stars because the paint is actually decent. My only issue is that the cover cap is too loose and doesn't snap shut properly. It makes storing the can a bit annoying since the lid just slides right off.
