I experienced no side effects at all with this product and do feel some relief with joint pain and mobility. It does dissolve fast and tasteless in hot liquids. Love this collagen-I mix it in my morning coffee. It adds a good taste to my coffee and mixes well. It also does not upset my stomach like some others I have tried. No side effects for me. I do wish it were a little more affordable-I have it in my subscribe and save which helps a little.
