I am typically a 38 C, size 14 in pants, L or XL in shirt. I ordered the 38 C and it's PERFECT. It fits snug around my torso/back without cutting off my circulation. I believe the C cups are very true to size, my ladies fit perfectly in them no bulging out the sides. And speaking of the sides, I didn't really care if the whole "No arm fat" worked or not. But let me tell you, it DOES! I was surprised how much I enjoyed that. I can't get speak for how well it holds up yet, but first impressions, I LOVE IT!If I had a complaint, it would be that maybe the straps are a tad smaller than other bras.
