Durable! but battery life is disappointing
The case survived being driven over by a car so it definitely passes the durability test! The battery life was a bit disappointing though. Cases I have had in the past could keep my phone going for a couple days well. With this one you still need to charge the phone at the end of each day.

Not worth it
Bought the case a few months ago, and it stopped working. It doesn’t give you the option to turn it on or off, it’s constantly on and ruins the battery life of your phone. Not worth the money !!!

Exactly what the picture shows!
I'm very happy with my purchase and relieved that it truly is an apple product. Sometimes things like this can be listed and look like an apple product but end up being a cheaper downgrade and not work correctly especially with apple devices but this works perfectly!

Works great but started to have charging issues after a while.

DEAD UPON ARRIVAL
I charged this battery case before using it both wirelessly and wired. On wireless charge, the amber light is consistently lighted up. On wired charging, the amber light shines for a few seconds then disappears completely. But I charged for over 12 hours and put on the case, it showed on screen that it was 0% batteries on the smart battery case. I also tried charging it with the case in my phone and it made my phone super hot after 15 minutes that I had to remove case to let it air out to cool down.Super disappointed - I really wanted this to work because I will be traveling soon. There's no option to exchange - only refund AND I have to be responsible for shipping even though this product is included under prime. Beware before you buy.

First one was dead on arrival--Update for 2nd case
Bought this for my wife. The first one did nothing. Would not charge with multiple chargers. The second one has worked with no issue. ----Update----It is now Dec 1st 2022 This second case stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I am now working with Apple to get it repaired or replaced.

Perfect for the goal of extended battery life
I have had this case for 8 months now and so far no issues or complaints about it! This case was worth it with the extended battery life it provides. As for durability of the case it’s like any other phone case I’ve had with the minor beating from phone drops so I’m satisfied with everything.
