Need to go to menu for recording the call

As I ordered this just for the Auto call recording when I checked the features it has a drawback that in every call we have to go to on call menu and need to start the call recording which isn’t possible all the time and need to keep on hold on call.

Battery backup is so poor, I purchased this for my parents for the incoming purpose only.But even after getting not a single call the battery backup is going to 0 every other day. Not liking this phone.
