The media could not be loaded.  This works a lot better than a gentle leader (for my pup). I guess it’s a lot more comfortable than a gentle leader too, as my pup accepted this halti and walks perfectly on it where as the leader he kept trying to paw off his face. It’s very easy to set up, some people were saying theres didn’t come with instructions and I frankly can’t remember if mine came with some but I didn’t need it. It’s very easy to understand how it works. My pup is an in training service dog and he does have a habit of slight pulling and this did help a lot. I wouldn’t recommend for very aggressive pullers as it might hurt their neck but if your pup needs correction every now and then, I think this would be perfect! Durability wise I think it’s just fine. It’s not fraying at the seams but of course it’d break if you let your pup chew on it but I think it’s very sturdy on its own.

We were originally using the Gentle Leader but were not impressed with its quality. So, we decided to try the Halti and it works so much better on our 72 pound Boxer/American Bulldog mix. The halter is well constructed and has a nicely padded nose band. I like the strap that attaches from the halter to his regular collar. Our dog has some on leash dog reactivity episodes. The Halti, combined with getting him to focus on me via treats, is very beneficial when he has a reactive episode vs using strictly a martingale collar.

My 110lb rottie was not used to walking on a leash and would pull like crazy even with a harness. This gave me great control. I started with both his harness and this which which gave me almost complete control of his movements. After a few weeks I stopped using the harness and he now walks beautifully. We did get a second one for my daughters pitty she's also a puller it did not work wonders for her. She doesn't like it in her face at all! She smacks her head on the ground and tries to get it off to the point she scratched her nose open and it began to bleed. So it definitely depends on the dog but if your dog will wear it I highly recommend!

Not good for shorter nosed dogs and the sizing is off slightly

I work with my German shepherd and leash pulling is her bad habit. She is only 2 so still a bit immature.I bought this because my GSD community couldn't stop praising it. It does help but please, just like the reins of a horse. Yanking and tugging DO NOT HELP it only makes matters worse. Use gentle guidance. Just relax and eventually your furry companion will too. Think that when you are holding the leash it is made of dry twigs, if you use a heavy hand you'll mess up your dog and make walking your dog as big a chore as it was before the device.Also, you could severely injure your dogs neck by yanking or pulling. Worst case scenario, simply stop walking. If you aren't moving forward, your dog isn't likely to do so. Walkies are supposed to be enjoyable for you and your dog both.This item is well built. An added bonus to the head harness is an added strip of reflective material. It gets bright when only a little light hits it. Sewing looks good, release is a little too stiff but that will change with use. I love both the principle behind this idea and love the construction. However, it got rated 3 stars because instead of instructions, you get a YouTube video. I shouldn't have to do that. I like instructions, I can read, can't type but hey, I'm retired. Sod that nonsense.C'mon, y'all can afford offset photographic printing for advertising your products but can't even insert a letter size instruction sheet ? That cost ya this time

I’ve just haltis for years on all my large dogs and they are a miracle. No pulling at all and it’s so easy to walk my dog now.

Great for leash training a wild puppy. My American Bully is about 48 pounds and the size 4 fit her really well. She wasn’t too thrilled about it at first, but got used to it within 15 minutes.

I was hesitant in purchasing this collar because I truly thought walking my rambunctious coonhound could not be remedied! Saying he’s OUT of control is an understatement! Plus I felt the price was too reasonable for this collar to actually work but I tried it. I even kept the packaging bc I was sure I’d have to return it for not working. However, that was NOT the case! It actually worked!!! I was able to walk him instead of my husband. He’d have to walk him bc of the intense pulling and strength he had. With this collar I was in total control!!! He tried to take the snout part off a few times but then he was fine with it. Omg this product is amazing by far!

I love this haltie. My dog is only 2 but very strong and I had a hard time walking her without getting pulled around. This haltie works so well! There is no more pulling snd the leash is very easy on the hands. Very satisfied

Ele puxava muito e com essa coleira desde o primeiro uso ele melhorou, agora só se adaptar, vou comprar uma coleira simples p colocar no pescoço e prender a parte de segurança mas ela é bem forte e resistente.

Mis perros tardaron en acostumbrarse a él, se lo querían quitar, pero poco a poco han ido viendo que hace que nuestros paseos sean más amenos, menos lucha, entienden mejor lo que les pido y ahora les encanta.Es una opción exelente para entrenar a perros, para perros inquietos, agresivos, muy fuertes o que jalan demasiadoYo tengo 3 de estos para mis diferentes perros y ha cambiado la manera en que son nuestros paseos, ambos lo disfrutamos mucho más Es mucho mejor que jalar del collar porque no se necesita fuerza y no lastima al perroMi veterinario y entrenador me lo recomendaron ya que es una forma gentil y sencilla de guiar y dar indicaciones a los perros ya que al guiar desde la cabeza, desvía la atención del perro a tu indicación.NO LASTIMAN NI APRIETAN como otros collares como los de castigo que dañan al perro de forma agresiva, este es muchísimo más efectivo porque el perro no jala (o al menos, disminuye muchísimo la fuerza con la que lo hace) y hace más sencillos los paseos.
