Takes quite a bit of effort to 'install' these into shoes or trainers but once in, they're solid and don't extend as you walk or stretch too much with movement.

Bought a few of these, they're exactly what it says and they function exactly as expected. For some sgoes/feet, some people might feel some pressure because if the stoppers, but I barely noticed that.

These can be fiddley to fit, pull too hard and it breaks, and don't try and take the out, thats even harder, they're cheap enough to do one pair for the lifetime and gets new ones with new shoes

Looking at this per shoe... There was one of every size in the pack as described and as shown, but upon reflection this is not good. If you actually take a look at most shoes or trainers, the distance between the bottom eyelets nearest the tongue tends to stay the same width . So I have found those at the smaller end are too small which is pulling the shoe out of shape. What I really needed was for the bottom 3 smallest straps to be equal in size to that of the larger one (of the 3) to keep the shape of the shoe intact.Obviously your shoes or trainers may taper down perfectly for these to fit them - just remember to check first.

Took a bit of getting used to, putting them in, but after the first couple, it took no time at all. Made my trainers really comfortable, and easy to slip on and off. Great value for money.

Makes the shoes very tight on foot. Not stretchy enough.
