The sizes are more true to foreign China standard (smaller), so I recommend sizing up. I usually wear an XL USA standard sizing and based on the reviews decided to get an XXXL and it was perfect. I wanted it to be a little loose fit and at 195 lbs 5'6 the XXXL was perfect. Room to stretch and move around in but not too baggy. Vibrant colors and true to the picture. Held up great during a wash and dry. As a guide to sizing if you want it to fit forming to your curves but not tight I would say go up 2 sizes. If you want it to have a loose boyfriend style fit like I did then go up 3 sizes.
