So many gluten free breads are unsuitable. I saw Hungry Scarecrow breads had ingredients I could eat. I contacted the manufacturer for an alternative to yeast for a raising agent and they suggested baking powder, but no need to prove. I followed the easy instructions and voila this was the result, it tasted really great too.
