Love Bertolli! Highly recommend!

Filippo Berio Pure Olive Oil has a delightful taste and can be used for cooking or as part of a salad dressing. It blends very well with a bit of salt and lemon, or with a dash of vinegar. It brings out the taste in sauted fish, chicken, meat or vegetables. --- (El puro aceite de oliva Filippo Berio tiene un exquisito sabor y se puede usar tanto para cocinar o como parte de aderezo para ensaladas. The best. Great taste and excellent or cooking. I also use Fillip Berio extra virgin. I grew up on this stuff; my NYC=Italian Mom used it all the time in the big tins. I've tried other oils imported from Italy, Spain etc....yet I still like Fillipo Berio the best. Both extra virgin and classic olive oil . ~DM
