The games I purchased do not work. I had several people try and it’s the PS4. Regret purchasing completely

You can get a ps5 for 400$ it’s so much better for only 43 more

It came on time, but the only thing that didn’t came with the power cord

Do not order any refurbished products they are horrible The one I got was damaged didn't work and the controller was black instead of white.

I owned this exact ps4 pro. Do not pay more than $200 MAYBE $250 if you’re truly desperate. With everyone having a ps5 now this thing is not much better than a regular ps4. The 4K is not truly 4K, and it’s just a little bit faster than a regular ps4. I’d still be waiting for my game to load while my other friends were already in the game playing. Also, now a lot of games are not coming out for the PS4 anymore and they are only coming out for the PS five.

When I order this white console I expected a white controller. I got a black controller with a usb cable for it that was damaged; to the point where it was unusable. The usb was bent out of place. I ordered like new condition I believe. And the back side is missing the covering to the input/outputs. There was a user already in the system. Refurbished? Eh. I’m not too tech-ie system seems to be running fine. But I was expecting more. Especially for “like new”. And when I started it, it did make a funny noise; like it was rotating a cd already in the system. It did stop. Now I’m wondering if that’s going to happen every time I start it. How much did I pay for this? Whatever it was it should’ve been marked less. Especially if it didn’t come with a white controller and the cord to connect the controller was trash. I bought someone’s trash. The console though does work. Running quiet too, so that’s comforting. Currently updating and restarting. Oh! And console did not come in ps4 box. Regular box with fragile handle with care sticker. Update successful. Still making the cd rom turning noise. I wonder what it’ll be like when I put a game in. Geez! Well that’s what you get with refurbished. Some pros and cons. Overall I’m happy it’s here. Thank you! Ha

Sorry to say but my review is a thumbs down! The description stated excellent condition. What I received was not excellent condition. 1. Dent ( see in picture) 2. Wrong power cord was included (see picture) 3. Did not provide a wire to connect controller
