I HAVE to shower 2xs a day, so keep that in mind. This made me itch. I had to return it. This has so much charcoal in it, my bath sponge was about 2 shades darker after 4 uses. So I do not recommend this for sensitive skin. But I would recommend the product to a friend to try. Bc I am taking into account the frequency I used it & the fact it has more active charcoal than I thought. So it gets 3.5 stars in reality from me, but desertcart won't let me rate that precisely.
