It's a fine scrapper but the same ones made of copper has a sharper feeling edge for better scrapping and is more flexible so its easier to go farther back along the tongue. Not bad at all and doesn't change color like the copper ones and it probably cleaner after cleaning but I still personally prefer the copper ones to the stainless steel.
