EDIT: WILL NOT CHARGE! ORIG: Works Well - Use Tape To Assure Power Plug Remains On
The installation went fine but the excess wire when used in a Generation 3 Nest stresses the plug to point of it wanting to pop off. Use a tiny square of tape to assure it remains on the same as was done with the factory battery. I used a tiny cutting of duct tape to assure it stays on and it has been fine for weeks now.EDIT: dropped off network, said "low battery", so I placed on charge for 6+ hours - NEVER came off low battery message in NEST thermostat and as a result could never reconnect to wi-fi.

Good replacement - fixes WiFi disconnect
Worked great to replace battery in nest . Although getting the old battery out was a bit if a struggle as it seemed like it was glued to the board . This solved my issue of disconnecting from WiFi since old battery would not hold a charge for very long

Battery is not hold power
After assembling it, I charged the thermostat with a battery overnight. The next day, six hours after I placed the thermostat on its base, it stopped working. I got a notification that has not enough power to connect to wifi (the router is 4 feet away).

Garbage
This did NOT work in my Nest Thermostat (3rd Gen) and the seller wants me to pay return shipping. Absolute trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
