bad phone
graphics were bad, touch screen bad, worst than phone I was trying to replace. I will not return it because you will no doubt just sent it off to another victim. I will not participate in this chain of fraud and thief. No I'm not interested in a class action suit, that's just another pit of ciphers I refuse to fund. I searched for a new phone, this was not and useable. People should be in jail. Fraud and thief. Just stop it. Amazon you have a responsibility.

Good cheap Android 9 phone
It's locked to AT&T, however I added an APN, Access Point Name for Consumer Cellular and it works great for them.I added an APN for TracFone it looked like it worked but I did not activate the SIM kit . This phone uses a "Nano SIM" It runs Android 9.0 Pie (Go edition), I installed a 64Gb microSDHC card, installed my apps from Google Play. Tweek it out by shutting off Haptic Feedback, Google "shut off haptic feedback android 9"Wi-Fi works, takes good pictures.

Cheap phone if that is what you want.
This phone is only $64, compared to hundreds of dollars for big name phones. It is slow and the screen is a little grainy. I miss the fingerprint reader and flashlight on my old Motorola 5G. For the money, it does the job and is not a bad deal, and I won't be crying if it gets lost or broken.

SIM Card expired
The phone itself seems perfect for what I’m using it for. Unfortunately the SIM appears to be expired as I’m getting the GA 108 error when I try to activate it. I realize this is more of an issue on ATT’s side but it’s very disappointing as now I’ll probably need to purchase a new SIM card.

Absolute crap
This phone is awful. I bought it for my son and he's had nothing but problems. I hated it from taking it out of the box as you have to put the battery in and then put the back on, so it's not sealed and can get water damage, which sucks because he likes to listen to music while taking a shower. He leaves it on the counter, but the steam could get into it and ruin it. It's really slow to start up. It takes forever to download apps. It freezes constantly and you can't do anything with it. He can't use it most of the time because of that. It won't run his Spotify app because of the freezing. It's just an all around terrible phone and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Purchased 2 phones, returned both
Wow, I purchased 2 phones. Both had batteries that were draining and not charging. So, I ran thru the gambit of trouble shooting possible problems. Both of the batteries just kept discharging. I believe the batteries were old. The phones seemed to be in new condition, thus being a model a few years old in boxed condition. My issue is more or less the company's refund status. Which says free returns, which I promptly emailed the company hoping not to return them but instead get new batteries. Unfortunately my email was not returned, nor was read. So, I returned the items. The phones were shipped out from 1 company. However, for the return they were shipped back to 2 separate places. They were purchased on or around 4/14/24. I started the return on 4/28/24. Both phones were received by the shipping department on 5/1/24. 1 phone was promptly issued a refund by 5/5/24. The 2nd phone still has not been refunded. As of today , the refund tracker is showing that a refund is still waiting. Hopefully, your phone is ok. The return process is very long.
