What is the cadmium and lead content of your dark chocolates?

To ensure food safety, Bouchard follows strict industry standards, including HACCP guidelines, and has implemented its own surveillance program to periodically screen raw materials and finished products for heavy metals, including Lead and Cadmium. Our suppliers are required to certify that they adhere to the same requirements. Based on laboratory results, Bouchard confirms that its dark and milk chocolate Napolitains are in compliance with the regulatory requirements of EU food safety standards as well as U.S. FDA guidelines and California Proposition 65 requirements. Recent lab results have all been below 0.06 PPM (parts per million), well below all thresholds.

I haven’t counted how many are in the bag. However each chocolate is approximately 1 1/4 inches long by 3/4 of an inch wide and 1/8 of an inch thick. I would guess 60 to 70 in a bag
