Returned the first one, front zipper teeth at the bottom of the panel appeared to be damaged. The second one, side zipper would not budge. I worked on trying to move it for 30 minutes. By gently smoothing out the zipper and wiggling the tab. After it moved little by little, I was able to rub the teeth with paraffin wax and this worked.
