Q: Can you wear it on your waterline?

Yes. You can wear it on your waterline and it will not run. It dries quickly and stays in place.

Q: Can this gel liner be used on the brow? If so does it stay on well/long?

It's thick and very pigmented. I'd say the brows would come out like sharpie brows if used alone. It stays on very well especially if mixed with the duraline liquid its very hard to smudge. I have oily lids I prep my skin with mehron skin prep then use the liner mixed with the duraline liquid and my cat eye liner doesn't go anywhere. I'd say it could work with brows if you have a extremely light hand and a tiny I mean tiny angled brush. but it would definitely have to be thinnned out with the duraline liquid.

Hello no it is not..the liquid is the oil to rub on smoothly
