I love it. The pain is manageable, but I experienced the horrors of sugar waxing, so the comparison might be biased. It removed hair in the first go usually. FYI: When it turns off, turn the nob to turn it back on but be careful that you don’t make it too hot. Remelting the same wax multiple times makes it bad to use tbh. Once or twice max. Make sure you fully take off the wax when you’re done with the post wax oil spray. It would be lovely to have someone do it for you but you can get creative and do it on your own self. Lastly, I could not handle bikini waxing, so I am sticking to my laser device. But I have lower pain tolerance.

This was a really good purchase. Not only did it come with a bunch of accessories, including the wax beads and pre/post spray, it was super easy to use. The wax heated evenly and stayed warm, unlike microwaveable pots. My husband had a fun time waxing my underarms (I think he enjoyed pulling the hair) and it was a pretty pleasant experience. Not sure if the wax itself played a part, but I will use my Kolua Wax next time and see if this wax is better. Regardless, this kit definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Wax warmer works but I didn't realize this one DOES NOT have a digital temp screen. I had to finesse and finagle with the temp dial to get the temp just right so that I could wax. It took me about an hr longer to get my waxing done. Other than that good product

I originally wanted to leave 5 stars for the item itself as it's been very easy and user friendly but the customer service makes me wish I could leave 100 stars! Thank you so much for the prompt and efficient customer service for a product that already is one of the best waxing equipment I've ever used!

I am 61 and it is time to rid myself of what is left of the body hair. I watched a YouTube video on Brazilians which gave me a lot of insights for waxing in general since I have never waxed. I started with my arms and adjusted the temperature since it felt hot. Did my underarms and worked well. Hit the nether region but taking it in steps. Working on legs, too. I have snesitive, fair skin. The Before spray works great. The after spray gives me red bumps so I don't use it. Wax pulls easy off if I keep skin pulled taut. I keep the pot going with a towel on top to keep the wax my temp and work on it when I have time. Great product for a great price. I have no desire to go to the salon for all this waxing!

Item is very intuitive to use, the beads provided work and melt easily, comes with an after care spray if a bit of wax remains or you changed your mind. Clean up of the wax holder bucket could be a bit easier but still not bad.

The different wax smelled good, doesn't take long to melt. For someone who is not a professional waxer this kit really helped me to maintain my bikini and under arm. I also used it for my upper lip and chin no irritation. Just wished the sprays were bigger sizes
