I was so excited to buy it and I used it then first week. Fyi, if you are lightweight you should find a way to keep the base down. I doubt use this anymore. **Q: Has anyone struggled with maintaining proper form while using the body boss?** A: I’ve worked with people who have a hard time with form and a lot of that seems to be the nature of resistance band training- you engage more of the stabilizing muscles while doing each movement. Some exercises I have modified to be done closer to the board (curls seated on a stool instead of standing) to decrease some of the resistance and increase focus on form. **Q: How many bands does the full gym included not all the full gyms are 199?** A: full gym has two pairs of bands **Q: Does it comes with videos ?** A: we have not officially announced this as we are still testing, but we re designed our centralized website to get workout videos it's called www.ClubBodyBoss.com the goal is to design it like a virtual gym for our bodyboss 2.0 so that depending on how you want to reach your goals we have the appropriate resources to get you there.
