Really in great condition. Grown well.
Was in the best confition of any mail order plan that I have ever recieved. Was in a pot. Not dry root. It had been grown in the pot, was not pulled out of the ground and stuck in a pot like most mail order places do.It was damp, with tape over the top of the pot so it would not dry out. No wilted or mildewed keaves. leaves. The condition of the plabt was great. Lots of leaves and two main stems coming off of it. Great plittle plant. Would highly recomend this grower

Excellent quality!
The distance between our house and our neighbor's is very narrow. You can see directly into each other's homes quite easily. We both need privacy so I purchased a set of 5 trellis' and decided on 4 Dropmore Scarlet Honeysuckle vines from Hirt's Gardens. The honeysuckle are noninvasive perennials, can be planted in the summer and need full to partial sun. Perfect! Our house is blue and I thought the orange red flowers would be a nice contrast. When the plants came they were very well packaged and very healthy. Only $9.99 per 2.5" pot. Highly recommend. Can't wait for next year.

Starter plants
This is a starter plant. It is a bit smaller than the previous 2 I ordered. Unfortunately my chickens decided to dig one up and was not salvageable. The other is doing fine.New one Looks healthy - usps decided to deliver it to the mail box. Not the Greatest idea as we live in Georgia and it is hot here.

Growing great!
The honeysuckle was delivered in very good condition. I transitioned it in our 3 season room for 2 days, then planted it in our backyard. It has grown about 12" on the trellis since planting. Great in our more clay like soil than a trumpet vine I've tried to grow.

Options for larger size vines
I probably should have ordered larger size vine. It will take forever to grow.It would have been nice to have that option.
