Combines 3 forms of magnesium for maximum absorption without the laxative side effects of pure magnesium glycinate. I hoped this would get rid of my restless leg syndrome and cold feet at night and it did!

I did a lot of research before buying my MG. This product is more natural than others and works great. Value is good. Giving it 4 stars vs. 5 because sometimes the capsules are not 100% full, but the efficacy is not less
