Works great! Heats quickly and the different temp settings work great. I use mine daily and haven't had any issues. Bought a second because we use when traveling as well.

I like everything about this kettle. It heats to different desired temps based on different teas. Its quick and easy. I have even traveled with it! I gave it 4 stars though because I cannot find filters for it anywhere and that is very disappointing

I've had this for 6 years and use it multiple times a day for tea and French press coffee, and occasionally hard boiled eggs (the trick is to start room temperature eggs in cold water). I love that it's cordless (lifts off the base) and the window lights up when it's on (can be seen from across the room). I can fit my hand inside to clean it, and it turns itself off after a while for safety.I have only one complaint. The entire metal carafe becomes as hot as the water, so it is possible to burn yourself touching the outside. Fortunately when you hold the handle there is a plastic panel between the metal and the back of your hand. Otherwise, it would be unusable.

Overall, very good kettle.Pros: Fast warmup. Returns to temperature and keep-warm settings when you return kettle to base.Cons: Surface is very hot, very little insulation. We can't find replacement filter screens for the spout.

I think it has a short, cause its heating process is delayed; as opposed to the others I own in the past.

Every single part of this machine that is silver gets as hot as the water temperature. I have burned myself on this device multiple times in the few months I've had it. Does it's job just fine, but is honestly dangerous to have around yourself while working.

The kettle works great. However, the filter literally disintegrated and I can't find a replacement anywhere.
