One thing that struck me was how much flavor all the recipes have though most of the ingredients are pantry staples. I have been so happy with this book that I have recommended it to many friends. My best friend and my mom have both purchased the book and are very pleased as well. I am only sad that the author does not appear to be too prolific in this sphere as I have searched her blog and social media accounts. She is very talented so should continue to write more recipes that we can enjoy! Aside from that, if you are looking for a great book to make your weeknights easier, I could not recommend this enough! I was looking for some healthy recipes to make for me and my partner. A lot of them are weird if you aren’t used to eating lots of veggies, but they’re great if you like them lol. Some recipes are vegetarian, must an fyi. This is also a food book if you have a big family as most of the recipes are intended for 6 or so people.
