I have had an ACL reconstruction and 3 meniscus surgeries on my left knee. Early this Spring, following a surgery, I began to experience persistent, mild swelling in my knee that limited by ability to run, cycle, and swim. I ordered this knee support, and it has been absolutely amazing! It stays in place extremely well during exercise, including swimming! It is also very thin, so I am able to wear it under clothing, including jeans. For additional compression, I will sometimes wear two sleeves of the same size, one on top of the other. This has worked SUPER well too. I have zero swelling now, I wear at least one brace all the time, including to bed. By far the most supportive, and yet least restrictive, brace I have ever seen or used. I am now back to my regular training, ALL thanks to this support sleeve. They fit and feel amazing! I run 3-5 miles around 5 times each week now that we are in quarentine. I don't have a runners body (5'7" & 170lbs) and it has taken me a while to get to this place of distance. When I run more than 5 miles, my knees give out and I have to rest/ice them.
