I've only used this twice, but it works very well. The picture appears as if the charger is much larger than it is. It is quite small. Just large enough for two RING batteries to sit in and make connection. It is a USB charger. I would recommend

Greatest invention ever. I have several ring cameras and therefore have replacement batteries plugged in all over the house. This charger allows me to charge 2 at a time instead of separately.

Lumpy here, I was a bit skeptical at first when I ordered the Ring Camera Battery Charger. Previously I would use the USB cord and plug only to charge the single battery which seemed forever. With the dual battery charger both batteries were fully charged in roughly two hours which surprised me. Now I can go hang out with Eddie Hasko, and Wally Cleaver, and oh yes by the way BUY IT

It works just as I expected. Worry free looking for a spot to charge my batteries.

Purchased this product in August. The battery barely holds a decent charge compared to the Ring OEM batteries. One battery never held a charge and the second one has stopped charging after 2 cycles. The charging dock is nothing special either, just a thin plastic splitter.
