This is a very beautiful knife for what you pay for. It is crafted with a 13 inch 440 stainless steel blade, stainless steel handguard, premium quality wooden handle, and a stainless steel handle end that can be used a skull crusher or hammer in a pinch. Also included is a heavy duty leather sheath and leather leg ties. Mine didn’t arrive sharp but you could very easily put a razor sharp edge on this knife with the blade being 440 stainless. I gave this knife 4 stars out of 5 since it didn’t arrive sharp but other than that this is a great knife that I would proudly display.

when i first held this knife it had the weight and feel of a small sword. if you do not require a fish hook, compass and matches built into your knife, this is an ultimate combat bowie. money well spent as i gave this to a good friend.

I gave this to my granddaughter's boyfriend, and he went ballistic, telling me it was the coolest gift he ever received. It's huge and perfect for quickly disemboweling any prey you might kill in Los Angeles

What can I say. It is big! Truthfully, it is impractical for a functional camping/survival knife...but I don't care. I'm happy I purchased it! I've read numerous negative reviews about this knife and was a bit leery prior to ordering...but the knife that arrived is well made and is of quality steel. (It's made in China like everything else.) The handle is tight, no gaps between the wooden handle and finger guard. The scabbard is good quality leather.

I really wanted this to be a nice knife. I have wanted one since I was a kid and never ordered it because the size makes it impractical. However, I finally decided to roll the dice and was very eager for the item to arrive. Everything about this knife is cheap - super cheap. You can even see the pixelation on the handle where the - make it look like wood print - is over the also very cheap laminate material. The hand guard is a very cheap aluminum. I have seen 440 blades that appear more high quality also. I would not waste your money. A high quality knife company should pick this design up and make it right. Note however, despite the cheap materials and overall feel of the knife. If you are 13 years old, or simply know nothing about knife construction, you would probably find this item to be super badass!
