Uhh not so much *by B***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2020* I guess I should have scrutinized the pictures more closely, but this is more like seaweed powder than it they are "flakes." Even after absorbing water they are all around 1mm in diameter. I bought this for making miso soup thinking it would be like the larger dried flakes I have purchased with other brands before, which to be fair when freeze dried roll up into tiny little balls too. I am still using it in my miso soup but this turns into a hyper concentrated clump at the bottom no matter how much I stir to keep it suspended.
