the product is nice but i did not get the full 50 yds in Navy. I am making masks for caregivers and cutting at 18". i should have 25 sets of 4 cuts and i only got 22 sets with left over of 1yd 18". My roll was short 2yds and 18".// red was short too. they came in 25yd rolls.. one had 23yds 11.5" and the other 23 yds 10". .. not happy

I bought this to make masks. I only received 25 of the 50 yards I purchased, but didn't realize that until I had already cut it up into 18 inch pieces. After double checking other reviews, it seems that several people received 2 spools of 25 yards to make up the 50 yards, which I would have been fine with. I didn't think anything of it being smaller than my other 50 yard spools because I thought it was due to the smaller core. Nowhere on the spool label or cellophane wrap did it give a yardage size.Amazon was going to allow me to return the pieces, but I canceled the return because I would rather eat the cost and make 12 masks instead of none.The ribbon itself is gorgeous. Beautiful red color and feels good to touch.

This ribbon has a really nice weight to it, and the color is perfect navy blue. I appreciated that it came wrapped in plastic so it was very clean, see picture. I needed the ribbon to make a drawstring, and was able to use a lighter to melt the ends so it wouldn't fray. Excellent!

I bought the ribbon to made the headbands for the surgical caps I was making for a pediatric nursing unit. Each cap requires 46 inches. I use a zig-zag stitch in a U-shape at each end of the 46-inch strip to prevent raveling (cut each end with pinking shears). The pattern called for 2-inch wide ribbon, but I couldn't find that for love or money.

Grosgrain ribbon is known for its durability. However, I put some of this ribbon up for an outdoor event and it started tearing and tattering at the first sign of wind. It even tears away from standard grommets near-instantly.

When COVID first hit ALL the stores were out of black ribbon so we ordered it from this seller. Super surprised by the quality. The ribbon is actually better than most brands carried in all the major fabric stores. We used it for masks and the ribbon has really held up through several washings.

The quality of this ribbon is just the best. Unlike so many other brands, the VATIN is thick and sturdy. I am a bow maker and have tried many brands of ribbon. This is by far my favorite. Its superior quality and reasonable price make it the perfect go to brand for my bows.

MY WIFE ORDERED IT, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANY COMPLAINTS. THE ITEM IS FOR MAKING MASKS FOR THE PANNDEMIC, SHE DOESN'T CHARGE ANYTHING FOR THE MASKS, SHE GIVES THEM TO CHARITY SO THEY CAN GO TO PEOPLE WITHOUT, I WOULD GLADLY TAKE A CAN OF LYSOL OR OTHER HARD TO GET ITEMS, BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED AT ALL. I WOULD SAY THIS IS DARN GOOD RIBBON.

I bought this ribbon to make Swedish blinds, I wanted a vibrant colour to lighten up the saloon in my boat.The ribbon is a bit thinner than I thought it'd be but overall I'm happy with the results and the colour is lovely.

It is not a sheer ribbon. It has a little stiffness, just the right amount to look classy when used as a hair ribbon. I think it could also be used for textile projects too.

Used this ribbon when making an Order of Service and this ribbon helped to give them a perfect finish. Would buy again

use for project on memo books strong enough to hold book together. good value large amount on roll.

My second purchase of this ribbon. Good & strong. Won't hesitate to order more when the need arises.
