Super easy
This was surprisingly easy to use but I watched the tutorials first anyway. Didn’t know I needed the primer kit so I followed the instructions for the “poor man’s” way to prime with the vacuum hose. Worked great. Printed perfectly and just saved literally hundreds on cartridges. Will definitely purchase again.

How printer ink should be!
I have a HP Envy 7645 at home and had to replace my HP62XL cartridge. To get by I bought a cheaper authentic HP62 for $30. But I wasn't about the shell out that much money for every re-fill. The options are to buy an authentic cartridge for a lot of $$, buy a generic cartridge and take your chances (I've had bad experiences here), take the time to go to Costco to drop off, refill, and pick up your cartridges, OR refill it yourself. The last option is by far the best and cheapest and most painless choice. I spent $12 to get 3 re-fills and did it all home. One of the re-fills here was even too much for my HP62XL. My cartridge was running over before re-fill was done. I tested it right after the re-fill and days afterwards and it worked great. No streaks, no drying, and no missing print areas. You can't beat $4 for a re-fill. This is what the cost should be!

It works
Yes, the ink refill kit worked for my Hp F380 printer and I hope I can keep refilling my ink cartridge for a while. At first it did not work and I thought about returning the product back, but then after a day I could print perfectly. I guess it needs a day for the ink to get absorbed into the cartridge, but the wait is worth it with the amount of money you can save.

A frustrating experience
Order was delivered accurately and on time. Im sure the product is fine but to me the whole refilling process is more frustrating than worth the savings. I was trying to refill an HP60 cartridge. Having never done this before, it was messy. I had ink everywhere including my hands which doesnt wash off and on top of the frustration my hp printer would recognize the filled cartridge but would only let me print 3 pages at a time before having to reset the printer. Every time. So frustrating. Im presently ditching HP and looking for another cost saving option. Tech support was no support.

Did not work for me at all
I was trying to fill HP 63 cartridge, looked up instructions on their webpage and followed them, nothing worked. Half pages being printed then ink blotches. Just not worth it and by the way, put some damn instructions in the box instead of making us watch some tedious video. What if you don't have internet?

Sloppy but cheap
This is the second time I purchased. I use to fill my black ink. Here's what I don't like -I turned my cartridge upside down just like all the comments say. This is the first time I have done this. I was once again trying to fill the cartridge I have already filled it twice. I strongly believe that I have well over enough ink in the cartridge but I cannot get a good print. The first third of my page prints fine the next 2/3 fade out. I get ink all over my hands and in the sink. It drips out the hole. It drips out from the printing section of the cartridge. What I do like is that it is inexpensive and inevitably I can get some prints out of it. But I don't feel like I have a clean effective process for refilling. I do find that after about a day I get better prints than the day I filled it. My cartridge is new and just recently went dry from purchase in a new cartridge. You should be able to weigh the cartridge to figure your out if you have enough ink in it. The method is way sloppy. And I just hope and pray that the ink doesn't spill out onto the carpet destroying all of my savings.

Game Changer!
Bought for our HP printer. I ship on EBay and go through a lot of ink for labels. Easy to install and will last many fills. Saves me $32 each ink cartridge. Highly recommend!

Money saving but be prepared for a small mess.
I have ordered now 4 of these packages for my business. I print out labels for mailings probably 100 plus each month. I was going through 1 $40 cartridge per month until I bought this kit. The online videos are kinda tough to get through but if you are lucky enough to fill the sponge in the right place, patient enough to wait for the ink to settle in the tank (trying not to overfill) a little trial and error and I get about 1 year out of every box or close to 1000 light printed copies w/o very dark areas. Not suitable to print pics.... The dye doesent seem to run freely enough though to print more than 5 pages at a time but for labels one at a time it really saves me a ton of money. Filling the cartridges can be messy so make sure to wear gloves and put a rag or some paper down. But as I said the savings are enormous!
