I love the healthy ingredients, high protein (20g and other flavors higher in protein), low calories, great taste, ease of use and reasonable cost! I make mine the night before and use almond milk. Fast and easy. I simply pour 8oz's of almond milk, open and pour in packet, shake and put in the fridge. In the morning I have a cold refreshing boost of oatmeal carbs AND protein. I use this product 3 hours before all my races and always have great energy. Great product for those active folks looking to check all the boxes!

Love this flavor! I can only do the vegan ones because of a milk/whey allergy but this is definitely one of my favorites. I don’t do the overnight shake. I make it like regular oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk in the microwave and it’s delicious. Also, the protein in it keeps me full for hours. So good!
